Eligibility & Qualifications
Assistant Professor
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the concerned/relevant/allied subject
- Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations
- Ph.D. candidates registered prior to July 11, 2009 may be exempted subject to fulfillment of UGC conditions
- NET/SLET/SET is not mandatory in disciplines where such tests are not conducted
- Foreign Ph.D. degrees from globally ranked institutions (top 500 – QS/THE/ARWU) are also acceptable
Non-Teaching Positions
