• Professor: Pay Scale of ₹ 37,400-67,000 with AGP of ₹ 10,500 (Level-14-A of 7th CPC: ₹ 1,68,900-2,20,400)
• Additional Professor: Pay Scale of ₹ 37,400-67,000 with AGP of ₹ 9,500 (Level-13-A2+ of 7th CPC: ₹ 1,48,200-2,11,400)
• Associate Professor: Pay Scale of ₹ 37,400-67,000 with AGP of ₹ 9,000 (Level-13-A1+ of 7th CPC: ₹ 1,38,300-2,09,200)
• Assistant Professor: Pay Scale of ₹ 15,600-39,100 with AGP of ₹ 8,000 (Level-12 of 7th CPC: ₹ 1,01,500-1,67,400)

Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS Deoghar Faculty Recruitment

Educational Qualifications:

For Medical Candidates:

1. A medical qualification as per the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
2. Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MD/MS) in relevant discipline.

For Non-Medical Candidates:

1. Master’s degree in the relevant specialty.
   • Anatomy: M.Sc. in Medical Anatomy
   • Biochemistry: M.Sc. in Medical Biochemistry
   • Physiology: M.Sc. in Medical Physiology
   • Pharmacology: M.Sc. in Medical Pharmacology
   • Microbiology: M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology

Experience Requirements:

• Professor: 12 years of teaching/research experience.
• Additional Professor: 08 years of teaching/research experience.
• Associate Professor: 04 years of teaching/research experience.
• Assistant Professor: 01 year of teaching/research experience.
