Job Description

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in the relevant subject from a recognized Indian University or an accredited foreign university.
  • Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR, or an equivalent accredited test.
  • Ph.D. holders from recognized institutions, following UGC regulations, may be exempted from NET/SET.
  • For Ph.D. holders, specific criteria such as regular mode of Ph.D., thesis evaluation by at least two examiners, publication of research papers, and presentation in conferences/seminars must be fulfilled.
  • Ph.D. degrees from foreign universities ranked among the top 500 globally are also accepted.

Pay Scale:

A fixed salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month in the Centre for Distance and Online Education.
