  • Assistant Professor Grade-I: At least 3 years of relevant industrial/research/teaching experience (excluding Ph.D. pursuit).
  • Assistant Professor Grade-II: Candidates with post-PhD experience of less than 3 years.

Scale of Pay

  • Assistant Professor Grade-I: Pay Level 12, Starting Basic Pay: ₹1,01,500/- (as per 7th CPC)
  • Assistant Professor Grade-II:
    • Pay Level 10, Starting Basic Pay: ₹84,700/-
    • Pay Level 11, Starting Basic Pay: ₹89,900/-
    • Pay Level 12, Starting Basic Pay: ₹92,600/-
