Qualifications Required
- General Requirements for Teaching Positions
- Per UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities (2018) and subsequent amendments.
- Special Requirements by Department
- Education and Physical Education: As per NCTE Regulations 2014 and its amendments.
- Pharmaceutical Sciences & Natural Products: In accordance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) Circular dated 08.08.2022.
- Computer Science & Technology: AICTE-compliant qualifications.
- Financial Administration: A master’s degree in Commerce, NET/Ph.D. as applicable.
- Applied Agriculture:
- Food Science & Technology: Master’s and Ph.D. in Food Technology/Food Science & Technology.
- Agribusiness: Master’s and Ph.D. in Agribusiness for Assistant and Associate Professor roles.
Additional Application Requirements for central university punjab recruitment:
- Professors & Associate Professors: Complete the Academic/Research Score (API) form per UGC Regulations-2018.
- Assistant Professors: Complete the shortlisting criteria form as per UGC Regulations-2018.
- Experience Verification: Must upload experience certificate with salary slips and Form 16 for non-governmental organizations.
