Qualifications Required

Professor

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

A.

• Ph.D. in Commerce with a strong academic and research record
• Minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
• Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in universities/colleges or equivalent research experience
• Total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations, 2018

B.

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
• Significant contributions to the knowledge domain, supported by documentary evidence
• 10 years of experience in academia or industry

Associate Professor

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration/PGDM/CA/ICWA/M.Com with at least 55% marks
• Ph.D. in Management or a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 2 years post-Ph.D.
• At least 7 research publications and a total research score of 75 as per UGC Regulations, 2018
