Qualifications for IIIT Una Faculty Recruitment:

School of Computing

  • Ph.D. in CSE or a relevant discipline with a first-class or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
  • M.Tech. and B.E./B.Tech. in CSE or a relevant discipline with a first-class or CGPA of 6.5.
  • Candidates with a Ph.D. thesis submitted or an M.Tech. in CSE/relevant discipline with teaching experience at UG/PG levels may also be considered.

School of Electronics

  • Ph.D. in ECE or a relevant discipline with a first-class or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
  • M.Tech. and B.E./B.Tech. in ECE or a relevant discipline with a first-class or CGPA of 6.5.
  • Candidates with a Ph.D. thesis submitted or an M.Tech. in ECE/relevant discipline with teaching experience at UG/PG levels may also be considered.

SoBS/Mathematics

  • Ph.D. in Mathematics with an M.Sc. in Mathematics with a first-class or CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
  • B.Sc. in Mathematics with a first-class or CGPA of 6.5.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Quality publications
  • Relevant teaching/research experience
  • GATE-qualified
  • NET/SET-qualified (for SoBS/Mathematics)

Remuneration

  • Ph.D. Awarded: Rs. 90,000/month
  • Ph.D. Thesis Submitted: Rs. 60,000/month
