Pondicherry University, a prestigious central university in South India, has announced a teaching job vacancy for the position of Guest Faculty. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for temporary teaching positions in the Department of Mathematics.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks in M.Sc. Mathematics.
  • UGC-NET or Ph.D. in Management as per UGC Minimum Standards and Procedures for the Award of Ph.D. Degree Regulation 2009.
  • Relaxation as per UGC/University norms.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • UG/PG in the relevant discipline with excellent academic records.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Good research record.

Pay Scale:

  • Honorarium of Rs. 1500/- per lecture (up to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month).
