Interview Details

The College is appointing one Guest Faculty in the Department of Economics under the category of UR (01-Post). Eligible candidates are invited to appear for the interview on:

  • Date: 21st September 2024 (Saturday)

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Essential Qualifications:
    The candidate must fulfill the eligibility criteria as per the UGC Regulations, 2018 and the University of Delhi guidelines. This includes having a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent) in the relevant subject. The candidate must also have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) or have a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations.
  2. Retired Faculty:
    Superannuated (retired) teachers up to the age of 70 years may also be considered for appointment as Guest Faculty.
  3. Teaching Assignments:
    The candidate should not currently hold any other teaching assignments.

Important Instructions for the Interview:

  1. Reporting Time:
    Candidates must report between 09:00 A.M. and 09:55 A.M. Candidates arriving after 9:55 A.M. will not be entertained for the interview.
  2. Interview Letters:
    No interview letters will be issued by the college. Candidates must reach the venue on their own.
  3. Documents Required:
    All candidates must carry original certificates for verification at the time of the interview.
  4. TA/DA:
    No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for attending the interview.
