Essential Qualifications
Assistant Professor (Contractual Basis)
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent) in Science, Commerce, or Arts discipline.
- Scholars, experts, and practitioners in Bharatiya-Indic/Sanskrit/Prakrit language and literature, lexicography, and Indian philosophy.
- Knowledge in Shastra Shikshan, including Sahitya, Darshanas, and IKS-based approaches on knowledge paradigms.
- Understanding of literary criticism focusing on the Indian mind-thought process and its relevance globally.
Research Fellow (Contractual Basis)
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent).
- NET/GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.
Research Assistant (Contractual Basis)
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent).

Pay Scale
- Assistant Professor: ₹80,000/- per month
- Research Fellow: ₹40,000/- per month
- Research Assistant: ₹25,000/- per month
