Job Details

  • Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Project Title: Design and Implementation of Biocompatible Energy Harvesting Device for Low-Frequency Operation
  • Stipend:
    • ₹37,000 per month (fixed) for the first two years (JRF)
    • ₹42,000 per month (fixed) after two years of research experience (SRF)
    • HRA as per DST norms
  • Duration: Until project completion (December 2025)
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of January 1, 2025 (age relaxation as per DST norms)

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in:
    • VLSI
    • Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
    • Material Science
    • Nanotechnology
    • Electronic Science
  • Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying degree.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Valid GATE/NET score or equivalent national-level ranking.
