The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sri City, Chittoor (IIITS) is inviting applications from passionate academicians, researchers, and industry professionals for Full-Time Visiting Faculty positions.

Established in 2013, IIIT Sri City (IIITS) is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by an Act of Parliament. It was set up by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to promote excellence in Information Technology education, research, and innovation.

Qualification & Experience
Candidates should have:
- UG and PG degrees in relevant/equivalent disciplines
- A PhD in the relevant field from a recognized university with a strong academic track record
- Preference will be given to those with:
- PhD or postdoctoral experience from reputed global universities or leading Indian institutes like IISc, IITs, NITs, IIITs
- Strong research and teaching potential
- Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis are also eligible and encouraged to apply
