Eligibility Criteria
1. Communication
- PhD, M.Phil., or First-class MA in Communication, English, Linguistics, Public Relations, Sociology, Anthropology, or Political Science.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Desirable: Experience in corporate communication, media, or teaching.
2. Centre for Management in Agriculture (CMA)
- Master’s in Development Studies, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Rural Management, Statistics, or MBA in Agribusiness.
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- Desirable: Knowledge of econometrics and willingness to travel.
3. Economics
- First-class Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Business Economics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in worksheets, databases, and communication.
- Desirable: UGC-NET, UGC-JRF, or experience in research/teaching.
4. Finance & Accounting (F&A)
- CA/ICWA or MBA/Master’s/Postgraduate/MPhil/PhD in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
5. Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Master’s in HRM, Psychology, or Sociology.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Desirable: Data analytics knowledge.
6. Information Systems (IS)
- MCA, M.Tech., B.Tech./BE in CSE, IT, ECE, or MBA (Systems).
7. Marketing
- First-class Master’s or two-year PG Diploma in Marketing/Management from AICTE/AIU-recognized institutions.
- 3 years of industry or academic experience preferred.
- M.Phil. with 2 years of experience or PhD candidates can apply.
8. Organizational Behaviour (OB)
- First-class Master’s in Psychology, Sociology, or HR-related fields.
- Desirable: JRF/NET and relevant work experience.
- Outstanding candidates without experience can also apply.
9. Operations and Decision Sciences (O&DS)
- First-class Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physical Science.
- Desirable: UGC-NET, UGC-JRF, GATE.
- BE/B.Tech. graduates with exceptional academic records may apply.
10. Strategy
- First-class Master’s in Management, Commerce, or Law with 3 years of experience.
- M.Phil. with 2 years of experience or PhD candidates can apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹53,000 + ₹8,000 housing support.
