IIM Mumbai invites applications for the role of Academic Associate in the following domains:
- Analytics & Decision Science
- Economics & Strategy Management
- Finance & Accounting Management
- Human Resource Management
- Marketing Management
- Operations Management
- Manufacturing Management
Employment Type:
Contract Basis
Qualification:
- Essential: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) equivalent to a Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
- Minimum Marks: 60% or higher.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of work experience required.
Job Profile:
Academic Associates (AAs) will work closely with faculty to support various academic activities, such as:
- Assisting in course outline preparation
- Collecting reading materials from libraries and other sources
- Developing teaching notes
- Grading class participation, quizzes, exams, and assignments
- Invigilation during exams and quizzes
- Coordinating with programme offices for exam arrangements and distribution of materials
- Assisting in faculty research work and related tasks
Job Location:
Mumbai, Maharashtra
Pay Scale:
₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month
