Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Recruitment at IISER TVM
The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala a premier science education and research institute established by the Government of India in 2008, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
Position Details
- Post Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Project Title: Towards Optimality – An Effective Window to New Physics
- Funding Agency: Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Tenure: 1 year, extendable up to project completion based on performance
- Age Limit: Below 28 years
- Fellowship:
- INR 37,000 + HRA for the first two years
- INR 42,000 + HRA for the third year
Minimum Educational Qualification
- Required: Postgraduate degree in Physics with First Class (60%) or 6.5 CGPA.
- Desirable: Candidates who have cleared national eligibility tests like CSIR-UGC NET (including LS), GATE in Physical Sciences, or have qualified through national-level exams conducted by central government agencies such as DST, DAE, MHRD, HBNI, IISc, IIT, IISER, and NICER.
