Job Description
The Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (IIT Jodhpur) invites applications from Indian and Foreign Nationals with outstanding academic records, teaching experience, and research credentials for full-time faculty positions at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor across various departments and schools.
Foreign Nationals will be offered faculty positions for a tenure of three to five years on a contract basis.

Eligibility Requirements
Professor
- Ph.D. with first-class in the preceding degree.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience.
- At least 4 years as an Associate Professor in reputed institutions (IITs, IISc, IIMs, IISERs, or equivalent).
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. with first-class in the preceding degree.
- Minimum 6 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience.
- At least 3 years as an Assistant Professor in a reputed institution.
Assistant Professor Grade I
- Ph.D. with first-class in the preceding degree.
- Minimum 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or industry.
Assistant Professor Grade II
- Ph.D. with first-class in the preceding degree.
- Applicants with less than 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience will be considered for a contractual appointment (up to 3 years) with the potential for conversion to a regular position.
