  • Cognitive Robotics, Social Robotics, Robot Design & Control
  • Computer Vision, SLAM, Intelligent Control
  • Drones for Disaster Management, Drones for Civil Appliances such as Air Ambulance, Swarm of Drones

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant area with first-class or equivalent at the preceding degree in an appropriate branch/discipline, with a consistently good academic record throughout.

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor Grade-I: Minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial/research/teaching experience (excluding Ph.D. experience).
  • Assistant Professor Grade-II: Candidates with less than 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience.

Scale of Pay:

  • Assistant Professor Grade-I:
    • Pay Level: 12
    • Starting Basic Pay: ₹1,01,500/- (as per 7th CPC)
  • Assistant Professor Grade-II:
    • Pay Level: 10
    • Starting Basic Pay: ₹84,700/- (as per 7th CPC)
    • Pay Level: 11
    • Starting Basic Pay: ₹89,900/- to ₹92,600/- (as per 7th CPC)
