  • Thermal: Combustion and Propulsion, Compressible Flow
  • Design: Systems Engineering, Vehicle Dynamics
  • Manufacturing: Advanced Machining Processes, Simulation of Manufacturing Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industry 4.0/5.0, Product Design and Development
  • Materials: Materials and Process Development for Semiconductor and Photonics Devices, Computational Materials and Process Modelling, Corrosion Protection

Essential Qualifications:

Ph.D. in a relevant area with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in an appropriate branch/discipline with consistently good academic record throughout.

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor Grade-I: At least 3 years of relevant industrial/research/teaching experience, excluding the experience gained during Ph.D.
  • Assistant Professor Grade-II: Post-PhD experience of less than 3 years.

Pay Scale:

  • Grade-I:
    • Pay Level: 12
    • Starting Basic Pay: ₹1,01,500/- (as per 7th CPC)
  • Grade-II:
    • Pay Level: 10
    • Starting Basic Pay: ₹84,700/- (as per 7th CPC)
    • Pay Level: 11
    • Starting Basic Pay: ₹89,900/- (as per 7th CPC)
    • Starting Basic Pay: ₹92,600/- (as per 7th CPC)
