KLEF Deemed to be University Invites Applications for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)
Applications are open for the post of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) at Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KLEF), Guntur, in a project sanctioned by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi. This is a great opportunity to work in a cutting-edge research environment focused on 5G wireless technologies, geospatial positioning, and advanced data analysis.
Research Project:
Data Fusion and Deep Learning Approach for Geospatial Positioning in the 5G Era
The project explores the integration of data fusion techniques and deep learning to develop advanced geospatial positioning systems in the 5G era. The research aims to improve the accuracy and reliability of positioning in complex environments using the latest technologies.
- Funding Agency: DST, New Delhi (Government of India)
- Tenure of the Project: 3 Years
- Monthly Fellowship:
- Rs. 37,000 + 18% HRA for the first two years
- Rs. 42,000 + 18% HRA for the third year

Essential Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science Engineering (CSE) - Additional Requirement:
A valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for eligibility.
Desirable Qualifications
Candidates with the following knowledge and skills will be given preference:
- Expertise in 5G wireless technologies.
- Familiarity with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS).
- Proficiency in Kalman Filters, AI/ML, and Optimization techniques.
- Strong command of software tools like MATLAB and Python.
