Organization Profile:
Kamala Nehru College, established on 20th July 1964, was initially known as the ‘Government College for Women,’ located in Defense Colony, New Delhi. The college originally offered courses in humanities, with the commerce stream added later. Founded under the guidance of Dr. K. K. Gorowara, the college had 16 staff members and graduated 209 students in its first batch in 1968. The College Magazine ‘Swati’ was first published in the academic year 1965-66.

Essential Qualifications:
As per UGC/University of Delhi norms:

Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior teaching or research experience in reputed organizations.
- Papers presented at conferences and/or published in peer-reviewed journals.
Candidate Profile:
- UG/PG degree in the relevant discipline with strong academic records.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- A solid research background.
