Qualifications:
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in the relevant subject from an accredited Indian or foreign university.
- NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. as per UGC guidelines:
- Candidates with a Ph.D. are exempt from NET/SET, provided they meet specific conditions (thesis evaluation, publications, etc.).
- Foreign Ph.D.s must be from universities ranked in the top 500 globally (QS, THE, ARWU rankings).
Candidate Profile:
- UG/PG in relevant discipline with excellent academic records.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and guiding students.
- Good research track record.

Pay Scale:
Salary up to ₹50,000/- per month as per UGC norms.
