Qualification Requirements

  • B.Tech/BE/BS (4-year) or an integrated UG+PG degree in Engineering
  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory
  • First class (minimum 60% or 6.5/10 CGPA) in all preceding degrees
  • Detailed eligibility per designation can be found in Schedule ‘E’ of the first statutes of NITs (Recruitment rules)
