Essential Qualifications
For Engineering Disciplines
- B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent, M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent, and Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with first-class in preceding degrees.
For Architecture Department
- B.Arch. or equivalent, M.Arch./M.Plan. or equivalent.
- Professional experience required for Assistant Professor roles.
For Non-Engineering Disciplines
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with first-class in preceding degrees.
Experience Requirements
Experience will be considered per Ministry of Education (MoE) guidelines, including service in recognized institutions ranked under NIRF.

- UR/OBC/EWS: ₹2500
- SC/ST/PWD: ₹1250
- Candidates from Abroad: ₹5000
- Existing NIT Raipur faculty: No fee
