Qualifications

For Junior Research Fellow (JRF):

  • M.E/M.Tech./M.S in:
    • Microelectronics and VLSI Design
    • Communication Systems
    • Biomedical Engineering
    • Digital System and Signal Processing
    • Instrumentation and Signal Processing
    • Signal Processing and Control
    • Electronics and Communication Engineering
    • Communication and Signal Processing
    • Digital Signal Processing
    • Signal Processing or allied areas
  • Minimum first class in both B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech/M.S
  • Mandatory: GATE/CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship)

For Research Associate-I/II/III:

  • Ph.D. in Microelectronics and VLSI or Signal Processing
    OR
  • M.E/M.Tech with 3 years of research, teaching, or design & development experience
  • At least one research paper in an SCI journal

Salary & Benefits

  • Junior Research Fellow: ₹37,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
  • Research Associate-I: ₹58,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
  • Research Associate-II: ₹61,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
  • Research Associate-III: ₹67,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
