Essential Qualifications

For Professors:

  • Eminent scholar with a Master’s degree (minimum 60%) and a Ph.D. in a relevant subject.
  • Active research involvement with at least 10 publications in UGC-CARE-listed journals.
  • Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in a university/college, or equivalent research experience at national institutions.
  • Ph.D. guidance experience: at least one student should have completed their Ph.D. under the candidate’s supervision.
  • For Clinical Psychology Professor, M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-approved institution is mandatory.

For Assistant Professors:

  • Good academic record with a Master’s degree (minimum 60%) and Ph.D. in a relevant subject.
  • Minimum two publications in UGC-CARE-listed journals.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong academic background in relevant disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Proven research record.
