Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gujarat, has announced exciting teaching positions in colleges for the year 2024. The university is inviting applications for Assistant Professor positions in the Department of Police Administration.   • Assistant Professor (Police Administration)
    Job Type: Contract

Educational Qualification:

Candidates applying for the Assistant Professor role must meet the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant or allied field related to National Security with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Passed National Eligibility Test (NET) by UGC, CSIR, or an equivalent test like SLET/SET, or awarded a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations (2009/2016).
  • Candidates with Ph.D. registration prior to July 11, 2009, must meet additional criteria such as thesis evaluation by external examiners and published research.

Additional eligibility:

  • Ph.D. holders from universities ranked in the top 500 globally by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), Times Higher Education (THE), or Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU).

Job Location:

  • Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Pay Scale:

  • Rs. 92,239/- (Level 10 as per 7th CPC)
