Eligibility Criteria
Professor (Non-Engineering & Technology)
Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- 10 years of teaching experience in a university/college as an Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor or equivalent research experience.
- Candidates from the industry must have 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Desirable:
- Proven leadership abilities in academia.
- Experience in guiding doctoral candidates.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the specific domain.
Associate Professor (Non-Engineering & Technology)
Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
- Eight years of teaching/research experience in a university, research institute, or industry.
- Seven publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Desirable:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Preference for candidates with expertise in their respective fields.
Professor (Engineering & Technology)
Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. with First Class at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Engineering & Technology.
- 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least five years at the Assistant Professor level.
- Candidates from the industry must have 10 years of professional experience with significant contributions recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D.
Desirable:
- Teaching, research, and industrial experience in a reputed organization.
- Published work including research papers, patents, and books.
- Experience in guiding research students and leading projects.
Associate Professor (Engineering & Technology)
Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Engineering & Technology.
- Eight years of experience in teaching, research, or industry at Lecturer or equivalent level.
- Candidates from industry must have eight years of professional experience with significant contributions recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D.
Desirable:
- Research and industrial experience in a reputed organization.
- Published work, including research papers, patents, and books.
- Experience in supervising research students.

Pay Scale
- Professor: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,10,000 per month
- Associate Professor: ₹1,30,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
