Position Overview
- Post: Assistant Manager – Accounts cum Admin
- Contract: Initially for 1 year (extendable based on performance and policy)
- Location: IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus
Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager at IIM
- Maintain and handle all finance, purchase, administrative, and statutory compliance records.
- Day-to-day accounting of income/expenses and record updates in Tally.
- Coordinate with teams for reimbursement/expense claims according to policy.
- Prepare and issue invoices to incubatees, PSUs, and other entities.
- Assist with financial statements, audit support, and statutory compliance management.
- Manage vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and timely bill payments.
- Oversee office operations ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
- Provide administrative support for incubator activities.
- Plan and execute events, ensuring accurate expenditure records.
- Carry out any additional administrative and operational duties as required.
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts and Administration.
- Strong familiarity with invoicing, Tally, accounts receivable/payable, GST, PF & TDS compliance.
- Knowledge of General Financial Rules (GFR), Public Financial Management System, and statutory compliance for Section 8 companies preferred.
Compensation
- Total remuneration: INR 30,000 – 40,000 (all-inclusive) based on qualifications and experience.
- Additional benefits: medical insurance, mobile reimbursement, and others as per IIML-EIC’s policy.
