GGSIP University, New Delhi, Invites Applications for Assistant Professor (Contract) in CSE/IT & ECE

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi, is seeking qualified candidates for Assistant Professor positions on a contract basis in the disciplines of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE). The positions are initially for a period of one year.

Qualifications

  • As per AICTE Notification no. 61-1/RIFD/7th CPC/2016-17 dated 01.03.2019
  • B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent and M.E./M. Tech. or equivalent or Integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any of the degrees
  • Equivalence of the Branch may be ascertained as per AICTE approval or directions from AICTE/Statutory body from time to time

  • CSE/IT: 10 positions
  • ECE: 02 positions

Pay Scale

  • Consolidated Salary as per University rules

  3. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Assistant Professor ‘on Contract’ in USICT.”
  4. Candidates are required to submit a fee of Rs. 1,500/- for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs. 1,000/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for each category of the post.
