The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi, established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in December 2009, invites applications for recruitment under a special recruitment drive for SC/ST/NC-OBC/EWS/PWD candidates. This drive seeks exceptional candidates for positions (Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor) in various disciplines.
Academic Programmes at IIM Ranchi

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree from a UGC-recognized university or AICTE-approved institution.
- Good publication record in ABDC/ABS journals.
- For Liberal Arts and Sciences, publications in SCIMAGO/SCOPUS/WOS journals may be considered.
Experience Requirements
- Assistant Professor (Grade II): No prior experience required.
- Assistant Professor (Grade I): 3 years of experience in research, teaching, or industry.
- Associate Professor: 6 years of experience (3 years at Assistant Professor level).
- Professor: 10 years of experience (4 years at Associate Professor level).
Compensation and Benefits
Pay scales under the 7th CPC are as follows:
