Qualifications:

  • Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor: As per NMC norms.
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Master’s in Finance or Business/Financial Administration, with a minimum of 10 years in financial management. A CA background is preferred.
  • Medical Superintendent: Medical qualifications in accordance with the Indian Medical Council Act, with 10+ years of hospital administration experience in a senior position.
  • Head of Marketing – Super Speciality Hospital: Master’s in Marketing, with at least 10 years of experience in hospital marketing strategy and brand development.
  • Deputy General Manager – Operations: Master’s in Administration with 10 years of experience in operational roles, ensuring hospital functions align with quality management systems.
  • Senior Manager – Operations: Master’s in Business Administration/Operations Management, with 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Manager: Master’s in Operations Management/Business Administration with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospital or medical college operations.
  • Assistant Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management/Business Administration, with 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.

Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates must hold a PG/Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated commitment to work.
