Tripura University, Suryamaninagar, has announced a Non-Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2024 for positions in the Department of Political Science. The university is seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Assistant and (25) Field Investigators. Eligible candidates are invited to appear for a walk-in interview.

Job Details:

Position 1: Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Assistant (02 Vacancies)

  • Job Role: Data entry and analysis
  • Qualifications: Post-Graduate in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or Rural Studies with relevant experience.
  • Additional Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software.
  • Pay: Rs. 500 per day
  • Tenure: 1 month

Position 2: Field Investigators (25 Vacancies)

  • Job Role: Data collection through hard copies or Google forms (approx. 100 per investigator)
  • Qualifications:
    • Post-graduate or pursuing post-graduation in social sciences
    • Proficient in using Google forms
    • Willing to work in remote areas
  • Pay: Rs. 150 per questionnaire, plus allowances
  • Tenure: 10–15 days

Candidate Profile

  • Should have completed UG/PG in a relevant discipline with strong academic records
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for teaching and guiding students
  • Strong research background
