Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates applying for these positions must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of social work education and profession.
- Postgraduate qualification in Social Work (M.A. in Social Work/MSW) from a recognized university with at least 55% marks.
- Candidates applying for the Research Assistant (Full-time) position are preferred to have NET and Ph.D. in Social Work.
Project Overview
This action research project aims to analyze skill and competency gaps among professional social workers in various practice settings. It also seeks to enhance their abilities through specialized training and workshops, driving positive social change.

Pay Scale
- Research Assistant (Full-time): ₹37,000 per month
- Research Assistant (Part-time): ₹10,000 per month
- Field Investigator: ₹20,000 per month
