Essential Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Master’s degree in Social Work with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized Indian or accredited foreign university.
- Must have cleared NET (UGC/CSIR) or hold a Ph.D. in Social Work as per UGC regulations (2009/2016).
- Qualifications for guest faculty should be in line with UGC Regulations 2018 for Assistant Professors.

Pay Scale:
- Honorarium: ₹1,500 per lecture
- Maximum Salary: ₹50,000 per month
