National Institute of Technology Meghalaya Announces Guest Faculty Vacancies

The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya is inviting applications for the position of Guest Faculty. If you’re passionate about teaching and guiding students, this could be the perfect teaching job for you.

NIT Meghalaya, established under the NIT Act 2007 (Amended 2012), is one of India’s 31 NITs recognized as Institutes of National Importance. It receives full funding from the Ministry of Education (Shiksha Mantralaya), Government of India.

Qualifications:

  • MA in English Literature or ELT
  • Ph.D. (Completed or Thesis Submitted in English Literature or ELT)

  • Completed UG/PG in relevant discipline with excellent academic records.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passionate about teaching and guiding students.
  • Good research record.

Pay Scale:

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹50,000/- per month or as per institute norms.
