Temple College Part-Time Adjunct Professor Position for Business Courses

Position Summary:

The selected faculty member will:

  • Deliver instruction in business disciplines such as Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or Management
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
  • Teach online or live courses as assigned
  • Engage students in active learning and cultivate positive student relationships
  • Maintain timely and professional administrative records
  • Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a Business discipline (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, HR, Leadership, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Management)
  • At least 18 graduate hours in the relevant discipline
  • Four years of professional industry experience
  • Prior teaching experience preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluate and grade coursework and examinations
  • Develop and implement course syllabi and materials
  • Demonstrate strong communication and instructional skills
  • Apply technology and modern pedagogy in teaching
