Position Summary:
The selected faculty member will:
- Deliver instruction in business disciplines such as Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or Management
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- Teach online or live courses as assigned
- Engage students in active learning and cultivate positive student relationships
- Maintain timely and professional administrative records
- Contribute to curriculum development and program improvement
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a Business discipline (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, HR, Leadership, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Management)
- At least 18 graduate hours in the relevant discipline
- Four years of professional industry experience
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate and grade coursework and examinations
- Develop and implement course syllabi and materials
- Demonstrate strong communication and instructional skills
- Apply technology and modern pedagogy in teaching
- Maintain availability for student consultation
- Integrate diverse perspectives in course delivery

- Participate in department-level evaluations and planning
