Job Title:

  • Adjunct Lecturer – Accounting (Spring 2026)
  • Employment Type: Part-Time (8 hours/week, 0.20 FTE)
  • Pay Rate: $10,000 (Per Course)

Adjunct Lecturer in Accounting at Dhaliwal-Reidy School of Accountancy

Position Highlights:

  • Teach ACCT 532: Innovations & Simulations in Accounting & Auditing
  • In-person instruction required on the University of Arizona’s Main Campus
  • Term: Mid-January to Mid-May 2026
  • Course delivery via classroom and D2L course management system
  • Collaboration with diverse students and faculty

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Teach audit and technology-related accounting concepts
  • Use industry knowledge to develop course delivery
  • Grade coursework and provide student feedback via D2L
  • Apply innovative teaching strategies that align with school values
  • Engage students through experiential and applied learning practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting
  • Active CPA license
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing
  • Previous teaching or TA experience at the college level
  • Experience with course management systems such as D2L
  • Proven ability to provide constructive student feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated teaching excellence from an AACSB-accredited university
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
