Job Duration:

• The position is purely temporary and will co-terminate with the project.
• The initial appointment will be for one year, extendable based on the availability of funds or project extension, as per SERB or Panjab University guidelines.
• Selected candidates must join immediately.

Essential Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology or allied sciences with at least 60% marks for GN/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PH) from a UGC-recognized University/Institute.
• National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification such as CSIR-UGC NET (including LS, Assistant Professorship), GATE, or any national-level examination conducted by central government departments and agencies.

Salary Details:

• First and Second Year: Rs. 37,000 + 16% HRA per month
• Third Year: Rs. 42,000 + 16% HRA per month
