Qualification:

To be eligible for the positions at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent) in a relevant subject from an accredited institution.
• NET/SLET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations.

Exemptions for NET/SLET/SET: Candidates with a Ph.D. degree are exempt from NET/SLET/SET provided certain conditions are met, such as:

• Ph.D. awarded in a regular mode.
• Evaluation by at least two external examiners.
• Successful Ph.D. viva and publication of research papers.

Pay Scale:

The honorarium for Guest Faculty is as follows:

• Rs. 1500 per lecture, up to a maximum of Rs. 50,000 per month (as per UGC norms).
• Guest Faculty are not entitled to allowances, pension, gratuity, or leave as regular faculty.
