IIT (BHU) Recruitment for JRF

Essential Qualifications

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
    • M.Pharm, M.S. (Pharm.), M.Tech (Pharm.) in Pharma/Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacoinformatics, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Analysis, Biotechnology, or Natural Products.
    • GATE/GPAT/CSIR-NET equivalent exam qualification.
  • Project Assistant:
    • Graduate in Science, Engineering, Technology, or Pharmacy.
    • BCA/3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology.
  • Research Associate-III:
    • Ph.D. or equivalent degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Alternatively, 5 years of research/teaching experience post-M.Sc./M.Tech/M.S. (Pharma)/M.Pharm with at least one paper in an SCI journal.

Duration of the Positions:

The duration of appointments will be determined by IIT (BHU) based on performance and project requirements.

Pay Scale

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹37,000/- + HRA
  • Project Assistant: ₹22,000/- + HRA
  • Research Associate-III: ₹67,000/- + HRA
