Educational Qualifications:
- M.Tech. in VLSI/ECE/Materials Science Engineering
OR - M.Sc. in Electronics Science / Chemistry / Physics
(Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in first division)
Additional Requirements:
- GATE or NET qualification is mandatory for JRF
- Computational knowledge is essential for both roles

Pay Scale
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹31,000 (Consolidated) – for GATE/CSIR/UGC NET qualified candidates
- Project Associate: ₹25,000 – for candidates without GATE/NET
