Established in 1967 as a Regional Engineering College, it was elevated to the status of National Institute of Technology in 2002 and declared an Institute of National Importance under the National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007.
Job Details
- Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Project Title: Development of a Reinforcement Learning-Based Tracking Algorithm for a Mobile Tracker to Strategically Track Intelligently Guided Mobile Tracker.
- Department: Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Project Sponsor: Aeronautics R&D Board, Ministry of Defence, Government of India
- Duration: 20 months or until the project completion, whichever is earlier. Extensions depend on performance reviews every 12 months.
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- M.E./M.Tech
- B.E./B.Tech with a GATE/NET qualifying score or equivalent.
- First-class aggregate in electrical science streams such as:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
- Telecommunication Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Robotics Engineering
